JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a Senior QA Tester for one of Canada's leading insurance companies. This individual will play a key role in a large-scale Azure Synapse to Databricks migration, leading testing efforts across multiple enterprise systems and ensuring data quality throughout the transition. The ideal candidate will bring senior-level QA experience, expertise in Databricks and Guidewire environments, and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies while partnering closely with business stakeholders. This is a highly visible prospect for a proactive testing qualified to help establish QA best practices and drive successful project outcomes.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
8+ years of QA/testing experience
Experience building QA strategy and establishing processes
Business/UAT/ETL
Solid experience with Databricks
Experience working with Guidewire
Exposure to Salesforce or a similar CRM

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Client Information File (CIF) experience

Pay: $60.00-$63.00 per hour
