Duties
Assist customers in selecting the right paint products, tools, and accessories based on their project needs
Conduct product demonstrations and provide advice on application techniques and color choices
Promote ongoing sales promotions to maximize store revenue
Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh inventory




Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product demos, and maintaining a friendly attitude throughout interactions

Requirements
Robust communication skills with skilled phone etiquette for inbound and outbound calls
Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management
Willingness to cross train to assist other departments when needed
Experience in merchandising, stocking, and retail math to support store operations
Demonstrated ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining excellent customer relations
