About the Opportunity

A high-volume industrial equipment manufacturer is seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join the operations team at its production facility located just south of Winnipeg.

Skip the highway driving and daily wear-and-tear on your personal vehicle! We offer a convenient daily shuttle service running directly from Winnipeg to the facility, with the low fee handled seamlessly via automatic payroll deduction.

Shuttle Pick-Up Locations:
Downtown Winnipeg: Smith St & Broadway
South Winnipeg: St. Norbert Farmers’ Market

Key Responsibilities
Safely transport, stage, and store raw materials and components across indoor manufacturing spaces and outdoor storage yards.
Operate indoor and outdoor forklifts to safely maneuver long, heavy, and oversized materials (up to 30 feet in length).
Assist with general labor, yard organization,



and material handling support across various departments.
Safely operate manual and powered pallet jacks.
Maintain accurate material movements while adhering strictly to site safety protocols.

Qualifications
Valid Forklift Certification (Required).
Proven experience and logged hours operating both indoor and outdoor forklifts.
Comfort and confidence handling long, heavy materials (up to 30 ft).
Physical capability to assist with manual material handling and lifting as needed.
Robust reliability, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
