Our well-established multidisciplinary healthcare clinic in Thornhill is seeking a qualified and experienced Front Desk / Medical Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
Coordinate daily scheduling using the clinic scheduling system
Create, organize, and maintain patient records
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
Perform general administrative duties including scanning, filing, copying, and correspondence
Support practitioners with administrative tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area




Assist patients with simple rehabilitation exercises (training will be provided)

Required Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong computer skills and proficiency with common office software
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong Assets
Previous experience working in a healthcare clinic
Experience with insurance claims, direct billing, and third-party insurance processing
Ability to speak Farsi
Experience using clinic management software

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
