Overview
We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to join our lively hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Odoo POS
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit
Take food and drink orders, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining food safety and food handling standards
Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and change
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards
Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and glassware as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts




Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices in compliance with alcohol service regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow and positive guest experiences

Experience
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in bar or beverage service roles
Familiarity with POS systems such as Odoo POS or similar cash register technology
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions professionally
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
Basic math skills necessary for cashiering, cash handling, and bill calculations
Experience serving in hospitality environments is highly desirable, demonstrating an understanding of the food service industry dynamics
