Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts & Accessories Advisor to join our team. You will assist customers with their parts and accessory needs, support our service department, and play a key role in ensuring our inventory is accurate and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with parts and accessory purchases, both in-store and by phone
Work closely with the Service Department to support repair and maintenance orders
Handle daily shipping and receiving of parts
Accurately maintain inventory levels and records
Provide professional and exceptional customer service

Qualifications:
Prior experience working in an automotive dealership (required)
Experience in an automotive parts department (preferred)




Robust communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a busy dealership environment
Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to North York, ON before starting
