Kinjo Sushi & Grill in Edmonton is currently hiring a Full-Time Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and is looking for consistent full-time work.

Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred. However, we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

The successful candidate should be able to work well as part of a team, follow food safety and cleanliness standards, and contribute to smooth and efficient daily kitchen operations.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
Set up and maintain assigned kitchen stations before and during service
Follow proper food preparation, portioning, and presentation standards
Maintain food quality and consistency during service
Keep workstations clean, organized, and properly stocked
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures




Assist with food preparation, stocking, and other daily kitchen duties
Communicate and work effectively with kitchen team members
Follow instructions and direction from kitchen management
Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned

Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be available for full-time hours
Able to follow instructions and kitchen procedures consistently

Job Type

Pay: $16.00-$25.00 per hour
