Fort McMurray 468 Business Centre LP is seeking a self-motivated safety conscious individual who will be reasonable for performing custodial duties, minor maintenance, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner.

Responsibilities:
Clean offices, meeting chambers, and recreational facilities
Mop tile and concrete floor areas and vacuum all carpeted areas
Dust all furniture and fixtures as required
Wash and disinfect all washroom floors, toilets, toilet seats, hand dryers, fixtures and mirrors
Replenish and required supplies
Keep outside area near exits and entrances explicit of snow, cans, paper, etc.
Steam clean floors, clean kitchen sinks and counters
Report maintenance issues and act of vandalism
Operate equipment such as buffers
Complete FLRA’s prior to commencing shift
Will be required to pick-up/drop-off-co-workers to/from site

Working Conditions:
14 days on 14 days off at 11.5 hours per day
Required to stay in CAMP
Day Shift
Shuttle provided to CAMP
Must be comfortable driving on the highway, and in varying weather conditions. On site driving experience is an asset.
Physical ability to lift 20 pounds or more; prolonged standing, walking, lifting, squatting,



and bending; operating medium weight cleaning equipment such as buffers, and moving desks and furniture
Must be able to work independently

Qualifications:
Previous custodial experience
CSTS-09 or OSSA or BSO or CSO
Valid Class 5 Driver License with clean drivers abstract
Successful Pre-accesses Drug and Alcohol Testing
Must be fully vaccinated
