Job Summary

We are looking for experienced concrete form setters. You will assist our team with the new construction of concrete foundations, prepping pour sites, and placing concrete and rebar. Most duties generally involve applying recent foundations for commercial projects. You must know how to use construction equipment and tools and how to handle materials carefully. You must be willing to work in all types of weather. You will be required to meet at our yard in Napanee and then be dispersed to various job sites and/or drive and meet on site. We do work in Kingston, Odessa, Bath, Napanee, Belleville, Deseronto, Trenton and areas surrounding.

Duties and Responsibilities
Build and set forms to specifications( Advanced, Peri)
Pour and place concrete
Cut, place and install rebar, expansion joints, etc.
Dismantle concrete forms
Reading Blueprints and layouts
Follow all safety protocols when using tools and equipment.
Clean up the worksite when the project is complete.

Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma and/or GED certificate




At least 2 years of experience with commercial concrete forming
Knowledge of standard construction equipment and materials
Ability to lift 75+ pounds consistently throughout the day
Drivers License and Vehicle
A great attitude and a team player mentality

This position is a new role and is not being posted to fill an existing vacancy. Our company does not use artificial intelligence tools to screen, assess, or select applicants. The starting pay rate is $25 per hour, with the possibility of a higher rate depending on experience and qualifications.
