Responsibilities
Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using commercial-grade cleaning tools and methods
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, work surfaces, sinks, and storage spaces
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic chopping, portioning, or organizing ingredients under supervision
Support the food service team by ensuring all items are sanitized and ready for use during busy service periods
Follow strict food handling and safety procedures to prevent contamination and uphold hygiene standards




Help with waste disposal and recycling processes to keep the kitchen tidy and environmentally friendly
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours

Skills
Proven experience in cleaning or hospitality environments is highly desirable
Familiarity with restaurant or hotel kitchen operations enhances your ability to adapt quickly
Knowledge of food handling practices and basic food safety standards is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues
