Duties:
Read and interpret blueprints to determine framing requirements
Measure and cut wood and other materials according to specifications
Assemble walls, floors, and roofs
Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure accuracy and quality of work
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
Experience in framing, or related construction work
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Knowledge of building codes and regulations
Solid attention to detail and ability to work with precision and tight deadlines
Physical stamina for heavy lifting (minimum 50lbs) and working in various weather conditions
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team
