Inside Sales and Order Desk – Victoria Location

SUMMARY

Inside Sales and Order Desk:

We are looking for an inside/counter salesperson that is confident, outgoing and works well with others. Any special knowledge of HVAC/R controls, refrigeration, pneumatics, burners, is especially attractive.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Increase sales by maintaining contact with current and potential customers.
Handle counter sales.
Learn shipping and receiving procedure
Assist in the development & implementation of product marketing initiatives.
Follow-up on marketing and sales activities by direct mail, email and telephone.
Develop and maintain current control market/sales databases
Recommend to the organization any customer training requests




Work closely with sales and customer service individuals to develop accounts sales plans and activities
Coordinate with suppliers to identify controls’ market needs
Participate in company training
Excellent communication skills
Experience with MS Word/Excel & other MS Office products

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
