Tire Technician Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair, with the ability to provide excellent customer service. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for performing tire installations, rotations, and repairs while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

Duties
Install, balance, and rotate tires on various vehicles.
Perform tire repairs and maintenance as needed.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks.
Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective workflow and high-quality service.

Requirements
Proven experience in automotive repair or as a mechanic is preferred.




Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required (up to 50 pounds).
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanour.
Previous experience in a dealership setting is a plus.
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to tire services.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
