We're looking for an experienced, self-motivated Dental Receptionist to join our team.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Duties:
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups efficiently
Maintain Patient records accurately
Coordinate with Clinicians and Patients to ensure quality care
Handle patient inquiries and provide necessary information




Assist with administrative tasks to support the office operations

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist
Proficiency in ABELDent, our Practice Management Software
Robust administrative skills with attention to detail

This position offers the prospect to work in a dynamic dental care environment, utilizing your organizational and communication skills to support patient care.

We offer an hourly rate ranging from $25.00 to $32.00 depending on your experience and demonstrated proficiency during your (paid) working interview.

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
