We are seeking a reliable and experienced Snow Operator to efficiently transparent snow from walkways during winter months. This role is essential for maintaining safety and accessibility during inclement weather conditions, contributing to the overall safety of the community or facility.

Responsibilities
Operate snow plow equipment safely and effectively to transparent snow from roads, parking lots, and walkways.
Perform routine inspections of plow machinery to identify maintenance needs or potential issues.
Use hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical equipment for minor repairs or adjustments as needed.
Assist with related landscape maintenance tasks such as irrigation, gardening, or general groundskeeping during off-season periods.
Conduct regular safety checks and adhere to all safety protocols during operations.
Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding work progress or equipment concerns.




Maintain a clean work setting and ensure all equipment is stored properly after use.

Experience
Prior experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators or similar construction equipment is preferred.
Knowledge of landscape maintenance, horticulture, or general gardening is a plus.
Mechanical knowledge related to maintenance and repair of construction or landscaping tools is advantageous.
Experience with irrigation systems, gardening, or horticulture can be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction or maintenance work is desirable.
Previous snow removal experience is preferred but training will be provided for the right candidate. This position offers an opportunity for individuals with a background in construction, landscape maintenance, or mechanical work to apply their skills in a vital seasonal role that ensures safety and accessibility during winter weather conditions.

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $25.00-$26.00 per hour
