We have an opening for a Precast Concrete Installer and are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong passion for organization and quality performance to join our team.

This position includes the following tasks:
Installation of precast concrete components during the erection of commercial, industrial, multi-storey, residential, and agricultural buildings
Work effectively within a crew of team members on the construction site
Complete site prep work prior to the installation of precast wall panels
Help with the rigging and signaling of cranes
Accomplish a variety of tasks that help the progress of the build
Working outdoors in all weather conditions




Take direction and collaborate with your foreman or supervisor
Follow company safety policies and procedures

Desired Skills and Experience:
Commercial construction, especially precast concrete, background an asset
Physically capable and willing to learn new tasks.
Solid attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to operate required equipment/tools in a safe and responsible manner.
Self-motivated and reliable.
Able to handle tasks independently and ability to problem solve issues as they arise.
Able to lift, push, and pull at least 50lbs
Ability to work in locations throughout Western Canada
Must be able to provide own reliable transportation to worksites, unless transportation is arranged by site supervisor
Must have own PPE

Pay: $26.00-$45.00 per hour
