The Laundry Liaison is the face of all of that. You're the person who turns "ugh, laundry" into "actually, that was easy." When you're on shift, you're running the store. Greeting customers, solving problems on the fly, keeping things flowing, and making sure every person who walks in leaves better than they came in.
This isn't a laundry job with some customer service. It's a customer service job that happens to involve laundry.
No laundry experience needed. If you've thrived in retail, hospitality, cafés, front desks, or anywhere people-first, you'll likely fit right in. We'll teach you the laundry side. We can't teach the rest.
What the role looks like
You're often solo in the store, owning the experience from open to close
Greeting and helping customers, making their visit feel effortless
Solving the small (and occasionally weird) things that come up in a busy shop
Guiding customers through our machines, services, and tech




Handling payments, pickup and delivery orders, and dry cleaning intake
Producing wash-dry-fold orders to our standards (we'll show you how)
Keeping the space clean, tidy, and inviting because details matter

What we're looking for
You genuinely like people, and it shows
You think on your feet and don't freeze when something unexpected happens
You like being trusted to run things without someone hovering
You take pride in your work even when no one is watching
You're adaptable. Things change, plans shift, you roll with it
You're punctual and reliable. If you say you'll be there, you're there
Transparent English communication (French, Spanish, or Arabic are a bonus)

The logistics
Available at least 4 days per week
Shifts run 3 to 8 hours
This is a starting role, not a stuck role. The team is small, the company is growing, and we promote from within when the right people show up

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
