Duties
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plan
Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and other equipment safely and efficiently
Broad spectrum of work from small to large ICF foundaions, Framing, int/ext finishing.
install roofing, siding, int/ext trimming, caulking,
Conduct heavy lifting and material handling to support various construction activities

Requirements
Proven construction experience with skills in carpentry, woodworking, or related trades




Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings confidently
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and safety protocols on job sites
Experience with flooring installation, siding work, and roofing is a plus
Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of working at heights
Handyman experience or general construction knowledge is highly desirable
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining safety standards

Pay: $18.03-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
