Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS software
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling and service
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales prospects
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations to promote a welcoming environment
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
Manage guest inquiries or concerns professionally,
resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
Solid time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately
Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not required
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
