Overview
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented team member for our embroidery shop "The Thread Bar". This role combines hands-on machine operation with customer service, packaging, and general workspace upkeep. If you enjoy creative work, have excellent attention to detail, and love interacting with people, this could be a excellent fit.

Embroidery Machine Operation
Set up and operate the Brother PRS100 embroidery machine
Hoop and prepare items for stitching
Monitor thread usage, tension, and overall stitch quality
Ensure items are completed efficiently (typically 5–10 minutes per item)
Maintain the machine and ensure supplies are organized and stocked

Customer Service & Packaging
Greet customers, intake items, and process payments
Record item details including fonts, thread colors, and whether items are tenant or customer-provided
Package finished items neatly and return them to customers
Keep the display and sample areas organized and visually appealing
Maintain a tidy and efficient work area

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
