Express Employment Specialists is hiring a Warehouse Associate/ Forklift operorator on behalf of our client in Abbotsford, BC. Our client is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join their team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that involves picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and organizing inventory while maintaining a clean and safe warehouse. Key Responsibilities
Pick and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment
Receive, unload, and unpack incoming products
Put inventory away in the correct warehouse locations
Restock inventory as needed
Scan and verify outgoing orders
Pack orders securely and ensure all required paperwork is included
Load, wrap, and prepare pallets for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow company safety procedures and warehouse best practices

Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience is an asset
Able to stand and walk for an entire shift (10,000–15,000 steps per day)




Able to lift up to 70 lbs when required
Steel-toe boots are required
Reliable transportation (the worksite is not accessible by public transit)
Solid attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment

Assets
Experience operating warehouse equipment such as:
Vertical Lift Module (VLM)
Work Assist Vehicle (WAV)
Genie lift experience
Valid forklift certification (Class 1, 2, 4, or 5) is considered an asset, although forklifts are only used occasionally in this warehouse.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
