Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their automotive concerns and needs
Provide expert advice on vehicle repairs, maintenance options, and available services
Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow for the service team
Upsell additional services or parts when appropriate, enhancing customer value and dealership revenue
Handle cash transactions accurately, including payments for services and parts
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service orders, and sales activities




Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to relay customer feedback and ensure satisfaction
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure their needs were met and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications
Proven experience in a dealership or automotive service workplace is highly preferred
Solid mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience to confidently discuss vehicle issues and solutions
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, skilled demeanor
Ability to upsell products and services tactfully while prioritizing customer needs
Experience with automotive repair processes or technical terminology is a plus
Cash handling experience to manage transactions accurately
Knowledge of automotive parts, maintenance procedures, and dealership operations is advantageous

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
