We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring Head Coach to lead our Rep basketball team to new heights! Your leadership will motivate athletes to achieve their full potential while promoting teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Duties
Develop comprehensive training plans tailored to athletes’ skill levels and team goals, ensuring continuous improvement and peak performance
Lead daily practice sessions, providing clear instruction, constructive feedback, and motivation to foster growth and confidence
Strategize game plans and tactics for competitions, analyzing opponents and adjusting strategies to maximize chances of victory
Cultivate a positive team culture by promoting respect, discipline, and camaraderie among athletes and staff
Monitor athlete progress through regular assessments, maintaining detailed records of performance metrics and development milestones
Coordinate with assistant coaches, trainers, and support staff to ensure seamless team operations and athlete well-being




Represent the program at community events, recruiting efforts, and media engagements to enhance visibility and attract new talent

Skills
Proven experience in coaching at competitive levels with a strong understanding of sport-specific techniques and strategies
Exceptional teaching skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively
Strong leadership qualities that inspire trust, motivate athletes, and foster teamwork
Excellent organizational skills to plan practices, manage schedules, and track athlete progress
Ability to adapt coaching methods to diverse skill levels and individual needs
Passion for athlete development combined with a commitment to promoting sportsmanship and ethical conduct
