Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging gymnastics lessons tailored to various age groups and skill levels, ensuring safety and fun are always prioritized
Provide clear instruction on fundamental skills, routines, and safety protocols for either recreational participants or competitive athletes
Foster a positive team environment by engaging athletes, encouraging teamwork, and promoting good sportsmanship
Monitor progress through regular assessments,



providing constructive feedback to help athletes improve their techniques and confidence

Qualifications
Experience in teaching gymnastics or related physical activities with a focus on safety and skill development
Strong background in teaching techniques suitable for diverse age groups and skill levels
Excellent communication skills to motivate athletes and collaborate with team members effectively
Ability to demonstrate proper gymnastics techniques while maintaining a lively, energetic coaching style
Certification in first aid or CPR is preferred but not mandatory
Foundations trained or certified is preferred but not mandatory: willingness to obtain certification is expected
Competition 1 trained or certified is mandatory for the position as a competitive coach

Pay: $17.60-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 20.0 per week
