Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Education Sales Consultant to join our team on a full time basis. Candidates with previous experience in education sales, student recruitment, education consulting, or language school sales are strongly preferred. We are particularly interested in individuals with a proven track record of achieving strong conversion and enrollment results, managing a high volume of leads, and consistently following up to close deals. The successful candidate should be resilient, quick to learn, highly accountable, and comfortable working toward monthly sales targets, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities
Respond to new inquiries promptly and conduct consultation calls with prospective students.
Understand students’ needs and provide accurate information on programs, schedules, fees, and learning outcomes.
Follow up consistently, handle objections confidently, and convert qualified leads into enrollments.
Manage assigned leads and sales pipelines effectively, maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
Meet or exceed monthly sales, enrollment, and conversion targets.
Follow company SOPs, sales procedures,



and internal policies consistently.
Collaborate with academic, administrative, and other teams to ensure smooth student handovers and service.
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling student and company information.

Requirements
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in education, language schools, student recruitment, or consulting.
Proven track record in sales conversion, lead follow-up, and closing.
Strong phone-based sales, communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Mature, results-oriented, resilient under pressure, and able to work in a target-driven environment.
Quick learner with robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong teamwork, accountability, and commitment to following SOPs.
Skilled, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information appropriately.
Previous experience as an Education Consultant, Student Recruitment Consultant, or Enrollment Advisor is a strong asset.

Pay: $3,000.00-$6,000.00 per month
