Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and setting up work areas
Perform general manual labour such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials or equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work workplace by disposing of debris and waste properly
Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, supplies, or materials as needed
Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for all team members
Operate basic machinery or equipment under supervision when required
Participate in site inspections and report any hazards or issues immediately

Requirements




Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the workday
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Positive communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not mandatory
Knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is preferred
Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment
