Family Lawyer | 3+ Years’ Call

Salary: $105,000 to $190,000

Arlyn Recruiting is working with a well-established, full-service law firm in the Fraser Valley that is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join its Chilliwack office.

This is an excellent prospect for a lawyer with 3+ years of post-call family law experience who is looking to join a collaborative and supportive team. The Role

The successful candidate will manage family law matters while working closely with clients, opposing counsel, and other professionals. Responsibilities will include:
Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and other professionals
Conducting legal research and analyzing legislation and case law
Reviewing and analyzing evidence to identify key issues and potential arguments
Drafting and reviewing agreements, pleadings, and court materials
Preparing for and attending court proceedings
Managing files efficiently and accurately




Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a supportive team environment

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of post-call experience, with a focus on family law
Membership in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
Strong legal research and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization and time-management abilities
A collaborative and team-oriented approach
The ability to manage competing priorities and work additional hours when urgent matters arise

Compensation & Benefits

The firm offers a competitive salary ranging from $105,000 to $190,000, based on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth.
