Responsibilities
Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires efficiently and accurately using hand tools and power tools
Conduct thorough inspections of tires and wheels to identify damage or wear that requires attention
Perform vehicle maintenance tasks related to tire replacement and wheel alignment support
Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance procedures, and safety tips with a friendly attitude
Lift heavy tires safely, adhering to proper techniques to prevent injury while managing inventory and equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency at all times




Keep detailed records of services performed and communicate effectively with team members about job status

Requirements
Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential
Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in handling hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting regularly throughout the shift
Excellent customer service skills with a positive, approachable demeanor
Basic understanding of automotive repair processes and tire technology
Ability to follow safety procedures diligently in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is advantageous
