Just Like Family Home Care is looking for passionate and caring Personal Caregivers to join our amazing team. You will be assisting our clients to maintain their quality of life within their own home. If you are compassionate and caring, Just Like Family is the right fit for you. Job Duties:
Assist our with personal care and activities of daily living. Help our clients maintain a quality of life in the home they have grown to love. Provide companionship, personal care, activities to promote cognitive exercises, light housekeeping and basic cooking are required. The caregiver will be required to drive the client to appointments.
Job Qualifications:
Completion of formal, accredited caregiver training program (PSW or Personal Support Worker) and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience needed. Must have reliable transportation.
Part -Time Hours - 20 to 44 hours per week
Salary: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
Requirements to Apply:
1) Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
2) Current CPR and First Aid certification
3)
All up to date immunizations as follows:
Negative tuberculosis test
Diphtheria/tetanus
Measles/mumps/rubella
Varicella/zoster
Hepatitis B
COVID-19 (fully vaccinated as defined by current Public Health guidelines).
4) The caregiver must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle.
