Job Overview
We're hiring an Esthetics/Nail Tech Instructor based at our Brampton campus. This is a hands-on role. When you're not in the classroom, you'll be on the floor performing services in our student clinic and supporting day-to-day clinic operations. We're looking for someone who is just as passionate about doing the work as they are about teaching it.

Occasional coverage at our Waterloo campus may be required. Travel time between campuses is compensated at your hourly rate.

Hours are available immediately at 20–30 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Full time is available for the right candidate who can teach across all areas of the esthetics program and maintain a versatile schedule.

Duties
Deliver hands-on instruction across a combination of morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts
Supervise and support students during clinic hours
Perform services on clinic clients when not actively teaching
Assist with clinic management duties, including scheduling, client flow, and maintaining service and safety standards

Facials and body treatments
Waxing, threading & sugaring




Lash extensions, lash lift, lash & brow tinting
Medical esthetics: chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, microdermabrasion
Manicures & pedicures
Gel & acrylic nail enhancements

Requirements
Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident (required)
Diploma from an approved Esthetics program (required)
Minimum 3 years of hands-on industry experience in esthetics (required)
Genuine passion for performing services — you enjoy being on the floor, not just in the classroom
Strong technical skills and client-facing communication abilities
Adult education training or 1+ year of teaching experience (asset)
Availability across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends (asset — more flexibility = more hours!)

Compensation & Schedule
$21.00–$22.00/hour | 20–30 hours per week to start
Full time available for candidates who can teach all esthetics areas with a fully flexible schedule
Shifts: Mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
