Responsibilities
Prepare and execute menu items with precision, following our authentic and modern Turkish-inspired recipes.
Assist in ingredient preparation to ensure optimal flavor development.
Ensure all food handling is conducted safely and in compliance with health regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including workstations and cooking equipment.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient and timely meal service.
Monitor inventory levels of essential ingredients.
Implement proper portioning and storage techniques to minimize food waste.

Experience
Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred,



with an emphasis on Mediterranean or Turkish cuisine being an asset.
Familiarity with various cooking methods is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, contributing to a positive kitchen setting.
