Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pizza Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent knife skills, and a strong background in the food industry. This role involves preparing high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced environment, ensuring food safety standards are met, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. Previous experience in restaurant or culinary settings, especially with pizza or fine dining, is highly valued. Duties
Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
Handle food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food preparation
Assist with menu planning and suggest recent pizza varieties or toppings
Ensure all food handling procedures meet health and safety guidelines
Support catering events or special functions as needed
Serve customers directly when required,



providing excellent customer service
Adhere to all restaurant policies regarding food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service, particularly with pizza or fine dining environments
Strong knife skills and knowledge of proper food handling techniques
Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation processes
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation protocols
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills for teamwork and customer interaction
Experience in catering or serving is a plus but not required
