Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker for one of our clients in Concord, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional cabinet-making experience and be comfortable working independently in a production environment.

This position is well suited for a skilled cabinet maker with solid attention to detail, solid knowledge of woodworking techniques, and experience working with shop tools and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
Build and assemble custom cabinets and millwork according to drawings and specifications
Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and measurements
Cut, shape, drill, and assemble wood and other cabinet materials
Operate woodworking machinery and hand/power tools safely and effectively
Install hardware, hinges, slides, handles, and other cabinet components
Ensure finished products meet quality and dimensional specifications
Perform accurate measurements and make adjustments when required
Inspect completed work for quality, fit, finish,



and functionality
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow production schedules and meet required deadlines
Work collaboratively with other members of the production team

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional cabinet-making experience
Solid knowledge of cabinet construction and woodworking techniques
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications
Proficiency with woodworking tools and machinery
Strong measurement and mathematical skills
Excellent attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good physical ability and willingness to work in a manufacturing setting
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
