Responsibilities
Support residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort
Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and safety protocols
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area
Assist with household chores including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living workplace for residents
Engage residents in social activities, recreational programs, and meaningful conversations to enhance their quality of life
Monitor residents’ health status,



report any concerns or changes to healthcare professionals promptly
Follow care plans meticulously, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time

Experience
Prior experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly desirable
Experience providing senior care or caring for individuals with disabilities or dementia is preferred
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety standards is essential
Background in caregiving roles that involve home care or personal support services will be advantageous
Ability to perform light cleaning tasks and meal preparation with attention to hygiene standards
Strong communication skills combined with patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support others

Pay: $27.53-$31.57 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
