About The Role

Custom Golf Ball Printing is a small Vancouver shop that prints logos, text and photos on golf balls for tournaments, corporate gifts and golfers who want something personal. November + December is our busiest stretch of the year. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on shop hand to help us get holiday orders printed, packed, and out the door on time.

Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and label outgoing orders, and make sure every shipment goes out complete and looking sharp
Set up and arrange golf balls for printing to keep our print technician moving
Assemble packaging (3-ball sleeves, dozen boxes, gift sets) for shipping and pick-up
Keep the shop clean and organized, including basic equipment upkeep
Greet customers picking up orders in person and give them a friendly, quick experience
Answer phone calls and reply to customer emails, including sending tracking information

Who we're looking for
Reliable and punctual. During the rush, we're counting on you to show up when scheduled
Available Mondays - This is our most significant day of the week as weekend orders need to get out the door
Local to Vancouver and able to get to our East Broadway shop easily
Comfortable on your feet,



handling boxes and doing detail-oriented work at pace
Friendly and explicit on the phone and by email
Able to jump between tasks as order volume shifts through the day
Previous shipping, warehouse, retail, or print-shop experience is a plus but not required - we will train you

Position Details
This is an on-call, schedule-based position. Hours are confirmed each Sunday for the week ahead based on order volume, with more hours as we get closer to the shipping cut-off for Christmas delivery.
Typical shift: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Estimated hours: 10–20 hours per week with the potential for more in early-to-mid December
Monday availability is required - other days are scheduled based on workload
Some flexibility is available on the remaining days based on your availability and our needs.
We’re looking for someone reliable, local and able to jump in and support our busy shop during peak season.

Job Types: Part time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.25 per hour
