Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
Organize and store clean items efficiently to facilitate smooth workflow
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene compliance
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by managing dish flow quickly and effectively
Contribute to a positive team workplace by maintaining a friendly attitude and assisting colleagues when required





Requirements
Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending comfortably
Strong attention to detail to ensure all dishes are cleaned to high standards
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
Basic understanding of kitchen operations or hospitality experience is a plus
