ATTIC INSULATION CREW MEMBER – FULL TIME

We are looking for a hard-working, reliable, and motivated person to join our team in the attic insulation industry.

Our company specializes in batt & poly, spray urethane, and attic insulation. The starting position will involve loading insulation bags, assisting the attic crew, and helping with general job-site tasks.

No extensive experience is required! We are willing to train the right person who is eager to work, learn, and grow with the company. As you gain experience and demonstrate your skills, we will provide additional training in batting, polying, and other aspects of the trade.

What we're looking for:
Hard-working and dependable
Willing to learn and take direction
Comfortable with physical labour and working in attics
Positive attitude and robust work ethic
Previous insulation or construction experience is an asset, but not required
Valid driver's licence is an asset

Wage & Opportunities:




Starting wage: $20–$25/hour, based on knowledge, experience, and whether you have a valid driver's licence
Wage may be higher for applicants with additional certifications, including:
First Aid
Scissor Lift
Boom Lift
Forklift
On-the-job training provided
Prospect to learn additional skills and advance within the company

Start time: 6:00 AM
