The Raymond location is staffed with an experienced team of Laboratory and x-ray professionals and Medical Laboratory Assistants that offer robust patient focused service to their community.

Description:

As a Medical Laboratory Assistant I, you will provide high quality service to clients of the clinical laboratory in an effective, efficient and safe manner. You will be responsible for a variety of laboratory functions including procurement, handling, processing, dispatching and testing of specimens, performing procedures and reporting results.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

The successful applicant must have a robust sense of teamwork and possess excellent communication skills. Solid Technical skills and adaptability is imperative in this position. Solid phlebotomy skills is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Recent rural experience is an asset.
