Experience utilizing and maintaining electronic medical records system (experience with QHR Accuro would be regarded an asset)
Experience scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
Experience coordinating labs, tests, consultations, etc.
Knowledge of general office procedures and computer software tools: knowledge of scanning/faxing, and multi-line phone systems.
Knowledge of Medical terminology would be an asset
Excellent communication skills: experience providing clear, concise and accurate information – verbal and written

Required experience:

At least 1 years Medical Office Administrative experience

or

MOA training/certification would also be considered
