Job description:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will diagnose and repair smartphones and other mobile devices, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair smartphones (screen, battery, charging port, etc.)
Handle devices from brands like Apple and Samsung
Provide customer service and explain repair processes
Maintain inventory of parts and tools
Keep accurate repair records
Requirements:
Experience in mobile phone repair
Knowledge of iPhone and Android devices
Solid problem-solving skills
Positive communication and customer service skills
Work Location: In person
Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
