Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vinyl Decking Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality vinyl decking systems that enhance outdoor living spaces. Your expertise will help transform patios, balconies, and decks into beautiful, durable settings that meet our clients’ expectations. This position offers an exciting chance to work on diverse projects, utilizing your construction skills and attention to detail to deliver exceptional results.

Duties
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation of vinyl decking systems.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary substrates to ensure proper adhesion and durability.
Measure and cut vinyl decking materials precisely using hand tools and power tools to fit designated areas.
Install vinyl decking panels securely using appropriate fasteners, adhesives, and caulking techniques for a seamless finish.




Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate productive installation processes.
Perform site inspections during and after installation to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients to coordinate project timelines and specifications.

Qualifications
Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields with a focus on decking or exterior installations.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and other relevant equipment.
Knowledge of siding installation is an asset but not required.
Strong understanding of safety procedures when operating heavy machinery or working at heights.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
