Customer Service RepresentativeTA Appliances & Barbecues | Barrie, ON

TA Appliances & Barbecues is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Barrie team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering the exceptional service experience that TA is known for.Responsibilities
Answer and direct multi-line phone calls
Create invoices and process payments/refunds
Assist customers with inquiries and issue resolution
Coordinate communication between customers, suppliers, service providers, and internal departments
Complete data entry and daily administrative tasks
Prepare daily bank deposits
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Maintain customer rotation procedures and ensure sales opportunities are assigned fairly and consistently

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Professional demeanor and excellent attendance record
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced setting
