Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics and a love for teaching young athletes the fundamentals of the sport. This role involves coaching students of various skill levels, fostering a positive and encouraging setting, and promoting physical fitness through gymnastics training.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging gymnastics lesson plans tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
Teach fundamental gymnastics skills, techniques, and safety practices to students.
Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their performance and confidence.
Organize and lead practice sessions, ensuring that all participants are actively engaged.
Monitor student progress and adjust training methods as needed to meet individual goals.
Maintain a protected and clean training environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff regarding student progress and program updates.
Participate in team meetings, workshops,



and professional development opportunities to enhance coaching skills.

Qualifications
Previous experience in gymnastics coaching or competitive gymnastics is preferred.
Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
Knowledge of swimming techniques is a plus, as it can complement gymnastics training.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
First Aid/CPR certification is desirable but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is required.

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
