Job is looking for someone with experience in building custom homes, special in building subdivisions, and working with Tarion.
Job includes but is not limited to planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, building permit application, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
Need the ability to read drawings, do take-offs.
Project mangers play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing out projects.
