Duties
Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
Conduct thorough inspections of tires for wear, damage, and safety issues
Assist customers by providing expert advice on tire selection, maintenance needs, and sales opportunities
Perform heavy lifting of tires and related equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met at all times
Support vehicle maintenance tasks as needed to assist mechanics and other team members




Document all services performed accurately in the system and communicate findings clearly to customers

Skills
Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of automotive maintenance procedures and tire-specific repairs
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist customers
A proactive attitude with a passion for automotive care and continuous learning

Pay: $15.00-$23.00 per hour
