Job Title: General Labourer

Job Description
General labourer tasks associated with commercial construction: flat roofing, exterior cladding, aluminum and glazing
Operate and care for construction equipment and machines
Assist skilled labourer when necessary
Prepare sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards
Load and unload construction materials
Follow instructions from Supervisors
Ready to learn on-the-job training when necessary
Perform site clean-up

Requirements




High degree of safety awareness and commitment to safety, their own and other workers
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Ability to travel 11-days per run
Must be reliable and punctual
Ability to work at heights
Ability to do physical labour and other strenuous tasks
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Be at least 18 years of age
Driver’s License an asset
Working at Heights certification an asset
Criminal Record Check – Level 2
