Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning meals to ensure timely service
Support cooking activities by preparing ingredients and following established recipes and safety protocols
Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling techniques, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to hygiene standards
Serve meals to customers or staff in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive dining experience
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies for productive workflow




Follow all food safety regulations and procedures to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health standards
Support the kitchen team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks with energy and focus

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations in the food industry
Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and working in a fast-paced workplace
Solid attention to detail when preparing food and maintaining cleanliness standards
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues
Basic understanding of meal preparation, cooking processes, and serving techniques is advantageous
