Duties
Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks to ensure timely delivery of meals
Support the cleaning, organization, and maintenance of kitchen equipment and work areas
Handle food items safely, following all food safety protocols and hygiene standards
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping, peeling, and portioning
Serve food to guests or assist serving staff during busy service periods
Ensure proper storage of perishable items and monitor inventory levels
Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment
Skills
Experience in cooking or food preparation within a restaurant or food service setting
Solid understanding of food handling procedures and safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant experience is preferred but not required
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
