Job Overview

We are seeking a agile and proactive dispatcher/call taker for Towing Operation to lead and coordinate our towing services with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage a team of dedicated staff. Must be bondable.

Duties
Supervise the towing team, including drivers and support staff.
Coordinate towing schedules, dispatching vehicles efficiently to meet customer needs and operational deadlines
Oversee record-keeping, and maintaining accurate logs of all towing activities
Manage inventory related to towing equipment, parts, and supplies through purchasing and merchandising strategies




Provide training and development prospects for team members to enhance their skills in customer service and operational procedures

Requirements
Proven supervisory experience in a transportation or service-based workplace, preferably within towing
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, pricing strategies, and retail sales techniques
