Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented associate to join our team in our not-for-profit, Faith-based Thrift Store. This role includes receiving donations, organizing warehouse shelves, sorting donations, and ensuring products arrive in the correct department. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the retail thrift business, an eye for detail, and a willingness to work along side our volunteers.

Responsibilities
Accept and sort donations received from the public
Inspect, clean, package, prepare, and price items for sales floor
Work alongside volunteers and other staff
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines

Requirements
Previous experience in retail and thrift environments are preferred




Basic math skills for inventory tracking and reporting; ability to use POS systems
Robust attention to detail and creative vision
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting while adhering to safety protocols

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
